What is the minimum order value for home delivery?

We would like to inform you that, there is no minimum order value. For the order above Rs.1000, we provide free delivery, below the respective order there is a nominal amount of Rs.50 will be charged.

What is the quality of dry fruits packaging?

We provide premium quality packaging which is well-preserved, spilling free and efficiently packed dry fruits which last for up to 6 month and more.

Do you facilitate COD (Cash-On-Delivery) service?

Our team of queasy always cares for feasibility and convenience of our customers; hence we provide COD facility to make your shopping easy and fun. Just place your order to us and pay only once it reaches at your doorstep.

What are the other payment methods? Does SOD (Swipe-On-Delivery) work?

We have tired our best from our ends to provide our customers with best availability to make their shopping quick and easy, In case if you do not cash for a moment you can pay through Debit/ Credit card with secured method of gateway.

Is it secure to use my Credit/Debit card on your website?

Our team of queasy facilitates a shopping environment that is safe and secure. Your online transaction with us will be remained secure with the highest levels of best possible security which are presently available on the Internet in place. You will also be asked to enter your 3D secure password, which has been labeled to mandatory by RBI to provide an additional layer of security for your online card transactions. This 3D Secure password is known only to you and you will be advised to enter it with a phrase set by again, only you. You can trust us with the fact that shopping with us is 100% safe and secure.

Are there any additional charges that will be applied?

No, the price labeled on the product page includes everything and covers all charges including GST. There won’t be any additional or hidden charges apart from delivery charge. Our team believes in a transparent and self-explanatory policy.

How long it will take to get the order delivered?

All orders within NCR, placed before 11 am will be delivered the same day (except weekends), orders placed after 11 am will be delivered according to the standard time zone.

To which all cities do you deliver the products?

We have covered almost all zones of North India and planning to expand further till others parts of the country.

Do I get an invoice for my order?

We will provide you with an invoice on delivery along with the product. Also you can check your invoice by login to Your Account and view the invoice on your order in the My Orders section.

How to place an order from Queasy?

Once you select the product add on your cart, fill the required details and go to the payment option COD/online method and checkout. Once the order is placed successfully you will receive a confirmation mail for your order is sent to the email address associated with your queasy account.

What is My Account?

My Account is the section you reach after you log in at My Account allows you to track your active orders, note details as well as see your order history and update your contact details.

Can I add more than one delivery address in an account?

Yes, you can add multiple delivery addresses in your queasy account. However, remember that all the products will be placed in a single manner and can be only delivered to one address. If you wish to order different products delivered to different address in that case, you need to place them as separate orders.

Can I change the order items once it has been placed?

Customer can modify their order even it has been placed. Once the order has been dispatched from the place, a delivery notification will be sent on your registered email address and contact number, no further changes can be made in the order. In case you wish to remove certain products from the order, there always is an option of returning the products. In case you wish to order some new products, you can continue your shopping by placing a new order.

What is the procedure of return and refund?

It would be highly advisable to check the products quality and packaging while accepting the products during delivery. In case you are not satisfied with the quality of the products, please return the respective products and raise a return ticket. In case of COD order, you will be required to pay the additional delivery amount which is 50 rupee. In case of online payments, raise a refund request and we will initiate the procedure. The cash will be credited into your queasy online account, which can be redeemed whileplacing your next order.

Do you give an extra discount for bulk orders?

Yes we do! In case you wish to place an order on bulk, please kindly contact us and we provide you the best possible discounts.

What is the best possible manner to store the dried products?

We would suggest to seal the items into tight container when not being utilized and to be placed normal room temperature. Dried natural product can tolerate changes with the degrees of temperature (summer to winters) and still taste delicious.

What is the best possible manner to store the herbs and how long do they last?

We would highly recommend our customers store their herbs in air-tight packaging, out of direct sunlight, and at room temperature or in the refrigerator. When stored properly herbs can last for many years as you want.

Can we refrigerate the Mulethi and chavanprash?

No, the Mulethi and chavanprash does not need to be refrigerated. Even after opening, you can store in the kitchen shelf or anywhere that is out of direct sunlight.
